These images are a series of commissions I created for content creator 'Glitch Plays' they were a great opportunity to get out of comfort zone in terms of the material and great practice to strengthen and develop my own visual style even more. Layout done in Photoshop, Animation in Toon Boom Harmony and After Effects, Final Composition and some animation (like lava lamp and moving clouds) in After Effects.
FINAL ILLUSTRATION and CONCEPT SKETCH
When contacted by the client, I received a brief description of the environments and simple sketches with basic character placements, and from that I developed sketches that were a bit more fleshed out with background elements and perspective, after those were approved I moved on to the final illustrations (as seen on the right). Since these were only illustrations and no animation, they are done fully in Photoshop.
